Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery in accordance with the return conditions below.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and undamaged.

  • The product remains in its original condition.

  • The product has not been installed, modified, or altered.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items.

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified.

  • Items that cannot be returned due to safety or hygiene reasons.

  • Products that have been inseparably mixed with other materials after delivery.

All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet the above conditions may be declined for refund or replacement.


3. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@containersupcon.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the return reason

  • Photos of the product if damaged or defective

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If a return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If a return is declined, you will be notified by email with an explanation.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

For valid damaged or incorrect item claims, Container Supcon covers all associated return shipping costs.


6. Warranty Claims

Some products may include a limited warranty.

If you experience an issue within 12 months of delivery, please contact us at contact@containersupcon.com to initiate a warranty claim.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement,

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit, depending on availability and claim validity.


7. Refund Timeline

  • Refund approval: 7–10 business days after the returned item is received

  • Bank or payment processor timelines may vary

If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us again.


8. Gifts and Store Credits

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
