Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last Updated: AUGUST 07 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, scheduled, transported, and delivered by Container Supcon.

Because shipping containers are large, heavy-duty products, deliveries require specialized transportation equipment and coordinated delivery procedures rather than standard parcel shipping.

By placing an order with Container Supcon, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Shipping Coverage

Container Supcon currently provides shipping and delivery services within the United States only.

We do not offer or arrange:

  • International shipping
  • Overseas freight transportation
  • Export freight services
  • International freight forwarding

Orders placed through our website must have an eligible U.S. delivery destination.

Free Shipping

Container Supcon offers free standard shipping and delivery to eligible locations within the United States.

Where additional services or unusual delivery requirements are requested, any applicable charges will be clearly communicated and approved before delivery arrangements are finalized.

No undisclosed shipping charges will be added to a confirmed order.

Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders are reviewed and prepared before delivery scheduling.

Our standard handling time is approximately:

1–3 business days

During this period, we may complete:

  • Payment confirmation
  • Order verification
  • Container availability confirmation
  • Product inspection
  • Delivery address verification
  • Dispatch and carrier coordination
  • Delivery documentation preparation

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. holidays.

Transit Time

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, the typical transit time is approximately:

5–10 business days

Transit time may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Distance from the dispatch location
  • Carrier availability
  • Equipment availability
  • Road and traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Delivery site accessibility

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Customers should generally expect delivery within approximately:

6–13 business days after order confirmation

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Our team or assigned delivery carrier may contact the customer before arrival to coordinate the delivery schedule.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is:

2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time

Orders received before 2:00 PM on a business day will begin processing on the same business day whenever possible.

Orders received after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that placing an order before the cut-off time does not guarantee same-day shipment. Orders are subject to payment verification, product availability, and processing requirements.

Delivery Methods

Shipping containers may be transported using specialized commercial equipment depending on the container size, location, and delivery conditions.

Typical delivery equipment may include:

  • Tilt-bed trailers
  • Flatbed trucks
  • Roll-off or tilt-back trailers
  • Heavy-duty container transport vehicles
  • Specialized hauling equipment where required

The appropriate delivery method is selected based on the order and delivery location.

Residential and Commercial Delivery

We may deliver to eligible:

  • Residential properties
  • Commercial locations
  • Construction sites
  • Industrial properties
  • Farms and rural properties
  • Warehouses and storage facilities

The delivery site must provide sufficient access for the transportation equipment required to deliver the container safely.

Delivery Scheduling

After processing and dispatch coordination, the customer may be contacted to confirm the expected delivery date or delivery window.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • A valid delivery address
  • A working telephone number
  • Accurate site-access information
  • An available contact person where required

Customers should notify us promptly if their delivery information changes.

Site Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is suitable and accessible for container delivery.

Before ordering, customers should consider:

  • Road and driveway accessibility
  • Adequate entrance width
  • Sufficient turning space
  • Stable and reasonably level ground
  • Overhead power lines
  • Trees or other obstructions
  • Gates, fences, or narrow access points
  • Local zoning, permit, or HOA requirements

The customer is responsible for obtaining any required local permissions before delivery.

Container Placement

Where tilt-bed delivery is used, the container is generally unloaded directly onto the customer’s prepared delivery area.

Customers should identify the intended placement location before the driver arrives.

Final placement depends on safe access and the driver’s assessment of site conditions.

Drivers cannot be required to enter or operate in locations they reasonably determine to be unsafe.

Important Container Relocation Notice

Once the container has been delivered, placed, and subsequently loaded with the customer’s cargo or belongings, Container Supcon cannot relocate or reposition the loaded container as part of the original delivery service.

Customers should therefore carefully select and prepare the final placement location before delivery.

Any future relocation of the container must be arranged separately with an appropriate container transportation provider.

Unloading and Specialized Equipment

Standard delivery does not automatically include cranes, forklifts, or other specialized placement equipment unless specifically agreed upon before delivery.

If specialized unloading or placement services are required, customers should inform us before completing delivery arrangements.

Availability may vary by location.

Failed or Inaccessible Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of conditions within the customer’s control, such as:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Insufficient truck access
  • Unsafe ground conditions
  • Locked or inaccessible property
  • Undisclosed site restrictions
  • Customer unavailability for a scheduled delivery

The delivery may need to be rescheduled.

Any additional charges arising from customer-requested services or preventable failed delivery attempts will be disclosed where applicable before further arrangements are made.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the container at the time of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If there is significant unexpected damage or a concern regarding the delivered unit, customers should:

  • Notify the driver when applicable
  • Take clear photographs
  • Contact Container Supcon promptly
  • Avoid making modifications to the affected area before the issue is reviewed

Normal cosmetic characteristics associated with the stated container condition or grade should not be considered shipping damage.

Delivery Issues

If an issue is discovered after delivery, please contact Container Supcon as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order information
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs where applicable
  • Relevant delivery documentation

We will review the matter in accordance with our applicable policies.

Shipping Delays

Although we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Road closures
  • Traffic restrictions
  • Carrier availability
  • Mechanical issues
  • Transportation emergencies
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Other unforeseen logistical disruptions

When we become aware of a significant delay affecting an order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated delivery information.

Order Changes Before Dispatch

Customers should contact us promptly if changes are required to:

  • Delivery address
  • Contact information
  • Container selection
  • Delivery instructions

Changes requested after dispatch may not always be possible and may require additional coordination.

Shipping and Refunds

Refund eligibility for canceled or returned orders is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

If an order has already been dispatched or delivery services have already been performed, applicable restrictions may apply.

Customers should review our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Ensuring appropriate delivery access
  • Preparing the delivery site
  • Obtaining necessary local approvals
  • Reviewing delivery instructions
  • Being available for scheduled delivery when required
  • Inspecting the container after delivery

Providing accurate information helps prevent unnecessary delivery delays.
